Payment will be received before or after the sketch is completed. If I do not receive the full payment after the sketch, I will not continue
Commission time will depend on complexity and how many clients I have, but will usually be up to 3 weeks.
I have the right to decline your commission offer if what you are asking for is not doable on my abilities or if it makes me uncomfortable doing it!
I will send you the sketch, and you have 3 times to make changes to the drawing, then I will move into the finalization.
Do not trace or alter work made by me.
Do not claim my work as your own creation.
I retain the right to display all artwork done by me in my online galleries and use them for portfolio and/or promotional purposes unless discussed with the commissioner.
Credits are optional when it comes to personal use, for Commercial use or if posting on any social platform, please provide Credit! (preferably my insta -> @foxxi_art)
Please provide a reference sheet of your OC / Avatar if you can! I'd prefer if reference poses as well are provided (but not needed), and let me know what kind of personality they have!!

Do not steal, copy or trace any of my designs
make sure to credit me when reposting my art (can be either my toyhouse or instagram)
I do not allow Commercial use of my designs unless we have reached an agreement. Please discuss with me if you are interested in using my designs for commercial purposes (ie: vtuber, shop, etc)
only bid if you can pay backing out of bids without giving a reason will result in a blacklist
I will only tranfer/send you the character once the transaction is completely over
You may give/trade/sell my designs if owned. You may sell the character at any price (if you are offered that amount), but make sure the buyer is aware of the character's worth when sold. Do not buy one of my designs just to make profit off of it.
payments that do not go through or are revoked will result in the design being reclaimed by me and a blacklisting
I am fine with changes to the design as long as the design is still recognizable.
Please always leave me as the original designer of the character!
